Heartland Munnar

Heartland provides a comfortable and cozy stay. Located atop a hill, with a beautiful view of the valleys, it offers all the luxuries and comforts you need on a vacation. The food is really top notch and the chef will customise to your taste. The facilities are clean and top notch. Kudos to the housekeeping and support staff for providing excellent service. Rooms are well furnished with comfortable beds and clean sheets. Wifi and smart TVs included for some nice entertainment. Great stay, great experience. 10/10 would visit again and recommend.

We stayed in a family villa for 3 nights. The villa comes with two bed rooms with a common sitting area. It was quite clean and nicely maintained. The resort looks amazing and has a spectacular garden area. The food was good but there are only limited options. They take huge time for food preparation when the resort is almost occupied, may be because cook are less. We had an amazing stay.

This hotel is Pathetic. No Handwash in the room, No hot water even TV was not working. They mentioned that they provide room service but they don’t. It was raining so I ordered food in the room. I was with my 1 year baby so can’t go to the restaurant. First restaurant guy told me no one is there for room service then somehow I managed and I was ready to go to the restaurant so I called restaurant for confirmation then they told me shef is on rest we can’t provide food. Can you imagine i checkedin at 3pm in the resort and after so much of struggle I got food at around 4.40 or 5pm. And when I called manager and shared these issues he said if you don’t like the property you can go. I am sure all the reviews are fake. This property is new no one bother about the guest.

Toilets were blocked and flushing system was not working. Had been on a family trip and boked four 2BHK villas. I had asked them that we needed three villas with road facility as we had very elder people who had walking issues. They told that they have allotted us villas with road access. But, we were given only one villa with road access. We had a difficult time taking the elders to the other villas which were on a steep cliff, and had to be walked all the way. Interestingly, they had allocated the road-access villas to honeymoon couples who had no walking issues. The toilets of Villa 203 were completely clogged and blocked for the whole of our stay, and the mechanics were unable to correct it. The flushing system of villa 103 also was not working properly. When we complained about these issues, the reception staff were like " We cant do anything about it". Just imagine staying in a room where the toilet is blocked and clogged. All the rooms we booked did not have televisions. The only positives were the restaurant service and the housekeeping staff.
